The company was founded in 1996 in Moscow. At the very beginning our company had very difficult goals to achieve at that time - the introduction of modern solutions in the production of various market segments.
Our company introduced the TWIST-OFF technology for the first time in Russia for the production of fat and oil products and implemented it at numerous enterprises. Today this technology is widely used in Russia and all over the world, surpassing other types of closures in all respects. Further, we have developed and supplied various conveyor systems, filling lines for the oil and fat industry and other equipment.
Ukam-Group became the first Russian integrator of robots starting supplying robotic systems for palletizing, packing and transportation of products to various enterprises. These lines have dramatically increased productivity of the enterprises and helped to eliminate the human factor in production.
We began to supply large international companies with complete high-performance PET blowing and filling lines. At that time, these lines possessed modern technology, which made it possible to significantly increase the shelf life of milk and dairy products and ensure their high quality.
Analyzing the needs of the market, we came up with the idea of creating an innovative machine that allows industries to solve problems associated with the influence of the human factor. At our production site, we have designed and assembled a high-speed automated stacking system UNIPACKER ™, which has been successfully supplied to a number of well-known Russian companies. This system, developed on the basis of robots, allows placing product in boxes with high productivity and accuracy.
We have developed and implemented an innovative line in the production of thermostated products, which made it possible for a well-known manufacturer to enter the market with a brand-new product of stable quality.
We have designed and implemented an automatic product handling and palletizing system in a production warehouse. For this purpose, we have applied the latest highly efficient solutions.
